Delightful homemade breakfast options made each morning special.
Unfortunately, there were some cleanliness issues noted during my stay. I found the shower tray had mouldy patches. there were cobwebs visible at the window, indicating a need for better upkeep.

Well-designed room with lovely views and an exceptionally comfy bed. Superlative breakfast options that made decision-making nearly impossible.
A confusing check-in experience with no hosts in sight upon arrival. The room change for an extra night resulted in a cramped space, not as roomy or comfortable as the initial one stayed in. Some cleanliness issues included mouldy patches in the shower tray and cobwebs in the window.

Nearwater B&B offered a delightful experience during my stay. The room was exceptionally comfortable, featuring a lovely feather duvet and high-quality cotton bed linen. The hosts, Tim and Amelia, made everything feel so welcoming, serving us freshly made breakfast each morning. Their local tips were incredibly helpful for our explorations. The beautiful garden added a lovely ambiance, perfect for relaxation. Despite the overall charm, I did notice some cleanliness issues in the bathroom, particularly a few mouldy patches around the shower tray and some cobwebs at the window. We also had to switch rooms for the additional night, which was smaller and less comfortable than our first room. Generally, I enjoyed my visit, but these areas could use attention.

Perfect little getaway!
Had such a fab time! The room was super comfy and the decor was so cute. Tim & Amelia were the best hosts, super chill and welcoming. Breakfast was delish, especially the homemade granola. Only bummer was the shower didn't have great pressure. Nice stroll to the village, tho! Can't wait for a return trip.

We had a bit of trouble reaching the hosts during check-in. They were away when we arrived, which was a bit frustrating and made us feel unwelcome at first.

Had a fantastic stay with friends! We loved the communal breakfast vibe and the beach house decor. Don't miss the coastal path to Nare Head and visiting the local Classic Car Festival. Tim and Amelia were amazing, offering great tips and making everyone feel at home. We really appreciated the beautiful garden accents, perfect for chilling out.
One aspect to note is that the shower pressure wasn't the greatest, which was a bit disappointing.
